A favorite from the firm's archives: the Nibblins fit-out transformed a historic downtown Winchester building into two lives at once, a street-facing retail space built from the existing storefront, and a second floor of offices and an instructional kitchen. The trickiest move was fitting a fully accessible teaching kitchen into a tight footprint, designed to work for both demonstrations and hands-on classes. Some of the best problems are the small ones.
