Inspired by the needs of a previous restaurant owner, this tenant fit out was designed to create rentable culinary space for small business owners working in the food industry. While simultaneously creating a safe and accessible industrial kitchen to be used by a variety of small businesses, the design features an especially large, enclosed kitchen, that preserves the majority of the warehouse for assembly and storage.
