[Commercial/Hospitality]

Drawings for this project first began in 2014, and we completed the final drawings in 2024. Today, all of the buildings are constructed and in use. This project involved designing several commercial buildings near the turnpike and Patrick Henry College, each uniquely tailored to their intended use while maintaining a consistent aesthetic. To address the site’s high visibility, with all four sides of each building exposed, all façades were carefully designed to ensure an attractive and cohesive appearance. The architectural style blends stone, painted siding, and metal roofs with varied roof shapes, creating an inviting yet professional aesthetic. The thoughtful integration of these elements highlights the adaptability of the design to suit a range of commercial purposes while maintaining visual harmony across the site.

Within the site currently there are several restaurants, including Panera, Manhattan Pizza, Chipotle, and Dunkin Donuts, as well as stores like Sherman Williams, Potomac Bank, Wink Vision, Holtzman Propane, among others. LMA Architecture, in addition to designing the exterior shells of all 6 buildings, provided tenant fit-outs for many of the interior spaces.
