Broken Window Brewery

Located in Historic Downtown Winchester, this circa-1875 building retained much of its original charm while requiring thoughtful renovation for adaptive reuse as a brewery, an LMA legacy project. Working with the tenant's vision, exposed brick, soft lighting, and rustic finishes preserve the historic character throughout the taproom. The brewery side features an efficient, accessible layout supporting the full commercial brewing process. With occupied office space above, navigating fire code compliance presented a key design challenge — one resolved without compromising the integrity of the historic space.
