When a developer approached LMA with a new concept, extended-stay apartments that pair apartment living with hotel convenience, the design challenge was clear: make a very small footprint feel like a real home. LMA's answer was 24 tightly efficient apartments for Berkeley County, each with a combined kitchen, living, and dining space that lives larger than its square footage, plus a full ensuite bedroom set apart from it all. For longer-term temporary residents, it's the difference between staying somewhere and living somewhere, a home base for months, not nights.
