Working with Leesa on our pool house has been incredibly rewarding. What started as a small entertaining space turned into a guest house with the option for us to age-in-place there down the road. We know that we will enjoy this home for years to come in all its iterations. Leesa was a great partner in the design process. She listened carefully and worked to incorporate our design ideas from the beginning. With a mix of experimentation when invited to do so, she led us to a beautiful product. Our experience with Leesa was so positive that we have already referred her to friends and family interested in developing architectural projects.

The Pool house at Glennifer Farm began as "a simple pool house, a shed, really." It became the home its owners couldn't wait to live in. Designed for a family with generations of history on this land, the project grew from modest beginnings into a gathering place for the whole extended family: tailored bedrooms, an adaptable great room, and a pool elegantly adjoining the house. Planned with the future in mind, including a basement studio ready to become a caregiver apartment, the home was meant to welcome the owners later in life. Instead, they moved in just a couple of years after completion, and delight in its details every day.
